Corn and Apple Festival welcomes you in Morden

Corn and Apple Festival presents the best thing about small cities. To attend street fairs, try local foods, rides and fun for the kids make the city of Morden a must-visit.
Remember to mark your year calendar for every last weekend of August and make sure to bring your whole family! Yeah, it is a perfect celebration to gather together with your most loved ones and be amused.

Corn and Apple Festival is The Largest Street Festival of Manitoba

Corn and Apple Festival is a free event and provides a bunch of activities to the public.

Activities for all ages

You can enjoy live music performances that take place at 3 outdoor stages, hot corn on the cob, apple juice, youth and children’s tents, bus tours of Morden to name just a few. Do you think you can win a pie eating contest? Go ahead and try!
You got that right, there is always something to do no matter how old you are.
The fair gives you the opportunity to experience local gastronomy starting out with a pancake breakfast and continue on with the various food trucks and food stalls, not to mention the Farmer’s Market which sells fruits and vegetables grown in the region.
In addition, kids can enjoy games and rides, Ferris Wheel,  pet and interact with farm and exotic animals. So, there is something to do for all ages!
Amazes me to know that the most services delivered on this 3-day event are mostly done by volunteer work and efforts to help their own community.
Downtown Morden is literally taken by around 80,000 people each year and is the largest free street festival in Manitoba! The historical centre of the city has lots of charm and gives you the chance to see the whole fair by foot, enjoying each corner carefully ornamented.
So, bring your family and friends and have fun! If you have attended the festival before, drop below on the comments your experience and review. I would love to hear it!
